BEING BOV-50 Vacuum Oven – 53 L (1.8 cu ft) Laboratory Vacuum Drying Oven

BEING BOV-50 Vacuum Oven, 53 L (1.8 cu ft) chamber capacity for controlled-atmosphere vacuum drying, curing, or out-gassing of samples. Temperature range from ambient +10 °C up to 200 °C — suitable for heat-sensitive, oxidizable or moisture-laden materials. Inner chamber is corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a mirror finish for durability and easy cleaning. The oven uses 4-sided jacket heating with bundled heating and ensures uniform temperature distribution under vacuum. Includes 3 adjustable shelves (expandable up to 7), each shelf supporting up to 20 kg. Vacuum interface and solenoid-valve system allow precise vacuum control; inert-gas inlet lets you purge or introduce inert atmosphere when needed. Toughened glass door with observation window and LED interior light improve visibility without breaking vacuum. PID temperature controller with safety alarms (over-temperature, deviation, over-current) and programmable timer. Oven tested and all systems functional (heating, vacuum seal, controls, door, safety alarms).

Features

  • Vacuum-environment drying — reduces boiling point and moisture evaporation point, ideal for heat-sensitive or oxidizable samples.

  • 4-sided jacket heating + stainless-steel mirror-finish chamber — ensures uniform temperature distribution and easy cleaning.

  • PID digital temperature controller with programmable timer and safety alarms (over-temperature, over-current, deviation) for stable, repeatable operation.

  • Inert gas inlet + solenoid-valve controlled vacuum interface — allows inert-atmosphere drying or purging, useful for sensitive or reactive samples.

  • Toughened glass observation door + LED interior light — lets users view samples during processes without breaking vacuum or opening the oven.

  • Adjustable shelving (up to 7 shelves) — flexibility for different sample sizes or batch quantities; 20 kg per shelf supports heavy items.

  • Wide range of lab applications: drying, sterilization, curing, out-gassing, heat treatment — ideal for chemical labs, electronics, materials science, sample prep, and more.
