BEING BOV-20 Vacuum Oven – 24 L (0.9 cu ft) Laboratory Vacuum Drying Oven

BEING BOV-20 Vacuum Oven, 24 L (0.9 cu ft) chamber capacity. Built-in vacuum interface required (external vacuum pump sold separately). Temperature range from ambient +10 °C to 200 °C. Heating via 4-sided jacket heating ensures uniform temperature distribution. Chamber interior is corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Includes 2 adjustable shelves (expandable up to 5), each shelf supports up to 20 kg. Max vacuum level 133 Pa — ideal for gentle drying, outgassing, or processing heat-sensitive or oxidizable materials under reduced pressure. Equipped with PID temperature controller, silicone-sealed tempered-glass door for safe observation, inert-gas interface for optional inert-atmosphere drying, and full safety system (over-temperature limit, vacuum controls, alarms). Oven tested and verified — vacuum sealing, heating, door gasket, controls functioning properly.

Features

  • Vacuum drying environment — lowers boiling point, ideal for heat-sensitive, oxidizable, or easily decomposed materials.

  • 4-sided jacket heating — ensures even temperature distribution and improved uniformity through chamber.

  • PID temperature controller + timer — accurate temperature control with timer for consistent drying cycles.

  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel chamber — durable, easy to clean, long-lasting.

  • Observation window and tight silicone-sealed door — allows monitoring without breaking vacuum or temperature, adds safety and convenience.

  • Inert-gas interface + solenoid valve — allows purging or inert-gas filling, suitable for sensitive drying or processing under controlled atmosphere.

  • Shelf capacity 20 kg with adjustable shelves (up to 5) — flexible for various sample types or batch sizes.

  • Safety protections: over-temperature limit controller, vacuum controls, alarms — reduces risk of overheating or vacuum failure.

  • Compact and benchtop-sized (0.9 cu ft) — suitable for small labs or sample-scale vacuum drying without large footprint.
