The oven supports vacuum down to ~133 Pa (0–0.1 MPa) for moisture-sensitive, oxidation-sensitive or heat-sensitive materials. Using individual-shelf (or jacketed-heating) design for uniform temperature distribution, it offers stable and controllable heating up to 200 °C (ambient + 10 °C to 200 °C). The unit includes adjustable shelves (standard 3), built-in toughened-glass observation door, LED interior light, inert-gas / air-inlet interface, and solenoid valve control for vacuum and gas flow. Safety features include over-temperature protection, vacuum-control alarms, and over-current protection.
