At Pathology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
