Olympus Microscope Trinocular Head Dual Photo Port C Mount TV for BH-2 BH2

Item is in good condition.
Tested and working properly.
The lens that is installed on the secondary port has a set screw but no thread.
I am not sure what attachment would be used with this, so I have included an original port with set screws for replacement if needed, as shown in the first picture.
