The Inspectis Microscope 90º Side-View BGA Small Probe Tip is a precision optical probe accessory designed to pair with the Inspectis 90º Side-View BGA Small Lens for detailed inspection of hidden solder joints on fine-pitch electronic components such as BGA, µBGA, CGA, CSP, FipChip, and SMD parts. This replacement or additional probe tip enables 90° side-view imaging of solder joints and under-component features that are not accessible with standard top-down optics, making it ideal for advanced electronics inspection and quality control workflows.

Two configurations are available — the Small Probe Tip and the XM Small Probe Tip — offering the same compact footprint while giving you flexibility in magnification and optical performance.
